These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lorevara mobile application and related services (the "App"), provided by The Dream Factory ("we", "us", "Lorevara"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
To use the App you must sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, notify us at the email above.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account inside the App. Deleting your account permanently removes all of your worlds, characters, stories, images, and usage records. This is irreversible.
Lorevara offers paid subscription plans ("Lorevara Plus") sold as auto-renewable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. Current plans are:
Prices in your local currency may vary; the App Store displays the exact price before you confirm.
Your subscription automatically renews for the same term at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device, or at any time from the App Store.
Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel it in Settings as described above.
Each Lorevara Plus plan includes a monthly allowance of AI-generated story content, tracked in tokens. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over to the next period. If you exhaust your allowance you may either wait for the next period, upgrade to a larger plan, or purchase an add-on if available.
All sales are final except as required by applicable law. Because subscriptions are billed by Apple, refund requests must be submitted to Apple via https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have direct access to your billing and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we do, we will notify you before the change takes effect. If you do not agree to a price change, you can cancel your subscription; continued use after the change means you accept the new price.
If we offer a free trial or promotional pricing, the terms of that offer will be shown to you in the App or on the App Store before you accept. Unless we say otherwise, unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You retain ownership of the worlds, characters, story premises, and images you create or upload in the App ("Your Content").
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, transmit, and process Your Content solely so we can operate the App for you. Specifically:
We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and we do not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that Your Content does not infringe anyone else's rights, does not violate any law, and — importantly — that you have the right to upload any images you upload. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.
Lorevara uses artificial intelligence (currently OpenAI models) to generate story text and to render images in a comic style. AI-generated content is inherently unpredictable and may contain inaccuracies, offensive material, or content that misrepresents real people, places, or events.
You acknowledge that:
We do not review AI-generated content before you see it. If you encounter AI output that violates our rules (see Section 5) or another user's rights, please contact us.
You agree not to use the App to create, upload, generate, or distribute content that:
We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion, remove content and/or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App, its user interface, source code, and branding are owned by The Dream Factory and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account (Profile → Delete Account).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the App.
Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Dream Factory and its owners, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the App, (b) Your Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Dream Factory operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and we agree that any dispute arising out of or related to the App or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under Apple's App Store Terms of Service or under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and The Dream Factory, not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions (formerly the "Apple App Store Terms of Service"), Apple's terms will control with respect to your use of the App obtained through the App Store.
Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, who will refund the purchase price of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the App or by email. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the App. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
